Certainly. I would be interested in knowing people's favorite recipes. I would also be interested in seeing people help each other in finding where they can get ingredients that may be difficult to find in Thailand.

I love a good meatloaf. Thai ground beef always seems to be so dry. I would love to try your meatloaf recipe if you have one.
