Fox network and the conservatives are having a field day with the news that Barney Frank’s boyfriend was arrested for drug possession, cultivation and drug paraphernalia back in 2007. They blame the liberal press for not reporting the details. Now they find out that Barney was present when the marijuana arrest was made at James Ready’s home in Ogunquit, Maine. I like Barney Frank and think he is a smart guy but he sure has boyfriend problems. First boyfriend, Steve Gobie runs a prostitution ring out of his DC apartment and now this guy gets nailed for possession and growing pot. I also like Barney’s statement about he wouldn’t recognize a marijuana plant if he saw one because he is not a great outdoorsman. I am gullible but for some reason, I just don’t believe that statement. Sounds a bit like Bill Clinton when he said he didn’t inhale.

Barney Frank has never struck me as a particularly clever man...but then, I guess I could say that about the majority of Congress.

But hey, at least he ain't Michele Bachmann.

I think the Honorable Mr Frank hit the nail on the head, in statement regarding the anti abortion Religious right. " They believe that life begins a conception and ends at birth."
