If you like hot air ballon events, this is for you. At Thammasat University in Pattaya there will be a ballon festival starting December 10th and ending December 13th. Should be fun for one and all.

I saw on TV where Mexico City is also having a big ballon festival. They said it was an effort to bring back tourists after the big flu scare.
