Those of us not working, have great lattitude as to wake up times.

I've always been a night person and I generally get up around 11 AM.

I like being up and out at night cause it's cooler.

Although I am retired, I still wake up at 6:00 AM. I like to work out early. I usually take a nap in the early afternoon, I sleep between 20 to 90 minutes then I say awake until about 1:00 AM

I am with you Rucus. I have been getting up early all my life and the habit continues. I find it hard to sleep past 7 or 8 am but usually up at 6.

A siesta sure makes sense in the tropics. My naptime is about 5PM.

I wake up when the sun rises. I can be in Thailand on a holiday and my natural alarm clock goes off. I can be in Europe working and as soon as the sun rises, I am out of the bed. If I am home, the rooster usually beats me to it.

If it is already daylight when I wake up, then I woke up late.

There were a few nights when I was stumbling home at dawn. But now I'm generally asleep by around 4AM.

My sleep patterns are all mixed up, at times. Glad to have the internet to past the time.

TV helps too, especially if you have cable or satellite.

God, that's so catholic (or buddhist/jewish/etc.). It's not a question of enjoying or not enjoying my occasional (well, ok, more than occasional) foolishness as it's just "normal" most of the times. Plus, it'd probably be a sin to enjoy suffering too much....hehe.
