I am planing to travel 3 days in Thailand during 22nd Jan to 25 th Jan. pls any one help me and make my tourist idinery. i like to visit places arround Bangkok and Pattaya.

Not much time and any suggestions that I would have might depend on (1) what time of day to you arrive and depart from Bangkok?, and (2) what is it you like to do?

Presuming you've never been to Thailand before and you'll be here only 2-3 days, I'd almost suggest you simply stay in the Bangkok area and see what there is to see there (Grand Palace, night market, etc.). If you'll answer the questions above, I might have some further suggestions.

I agree. If you have only three days, stay in Bangkok. Many things to see and do. I might suggest a river taxi ride up and down the Chao Phraya river. I enjoyed seeing the Jim Thompson house, too. This museum is an old teak home and worth seeing, in my opinion. What are your interests? We might be able to suggest more sights.
